When owners Bart and Barb O’Brien first bought the property, they sold their grapes to other famous wineries. But they soon realized the fruit was too special to let go, believing it deserved to be bottled under their own name.

That belief in the land guides our winemaker, David Yorgensen, whose celebrated career includes earning a rare 99-point score from Robert Parker Jr. David’s approach is to let the exceptional fruit express itself with minimal intervention. We also choose to sell our wines exclusively from our estate. This allows us to focus entirely on quality over quantity and build a direct connection with the people who enjoy our wines a difference you can taste in every glass.
