Do you allow walk-in guests?
We are unable to offer walk-in appointments but are open seven days a week to accommodate your schedule. During our peak season, our popular tastings sell out and many reservations are taken by our members. We encourage you to book your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance to receive your desired day and time.
What if we can’t book a reservation online?
If we are fully reserved at the time you requested, you may add yourself to the waitlist or call us at (707) 252-8463 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I book a group tasting?
If you would like to schedule a large group tasting (8 or more) please give us a call at (707) 252-8463 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will personally assist you with your request.
Are your tastings private or communal?
All of our tastings are private and are separated by a minimum of 6 feet. In addition, you will have your own dedicated host.
Do you offer tours?
We focus more on wine tasting and appreciation at O’Brien Estate. If you are interested in seeing the bottling line or cellar, please ask your host and we will try to accommodate your request.
Can we share a tasting?
Tasting fees will apply to each member in your group. We are happy to make accommodations for designated drivers, pregnant women, and individuals with medical conditions.
Are children allowed to accompany adults during their tasting?
To ensure a relaxing and intimate experience for all our guests, we kindly request that all visitors be at least 21 years of age.
Are pets allowed at the winery?
Only certified service animals are allowed on the property.
May we bring food to our tasting?
While we are unable to allow outside food or drinks on the property, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Your host will gladly give you lunch recommendations.
What is your cancellation policy?
All tasting fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation. If your plans change and you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (707) 252-8463 or email@example.com. We are happy to apply your fees to a future date/time.
I had a great time at O’Brien Estate and would like to tip my host. Is that acceptable?
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit! We are unable to charge tips to your credit or debit card, but if you choose to tip your host in cash they would appreciate the gesture.
