From river to ocean cruises, and from the Mediterranean to North America, O’Brien Estate Vintners, Bart & Barb O’Brien, are always seeking new and unique adventures.

Bart & Barb couldn’t be more thrilled to invite you to join them on a 12-day Oceania Cruises voyage to South Africa where you’ll visit vibrant ports, golden beaches, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Departing from Cape Town, we begin with a day at sea before arriving in Walvis Bay, Namibia for an overnight stay aboard the beautiful Nautica. Then, it’s on to Port Elizabeth, home to the densest population of elephants in the world.  Enjoy an overnight stay in Durban, where you can join an optional a once-in-a-lifetime game reserve visit in search of Africa’s “big five” or a somber tour of the site where Nelson Mandela was captured.  In Richards Bay, delve into an authentic Zulu cultural experiences of basket-weaving, beadwork or weapon crafting at a traditional village.

Enjoy four luxurious days at sea during the 12-day itinerary  — where you can unwind in the spa and take in a show — and mingle with fellow O’Brien Estate enthusiasts and say cheers in the world-renowned Cape Winelands.
