Every autumn, as the harvest winds down and the vines begin their rest, we open our doors for an evening that has become one of the most anticipated nights of the year. This past harvest season, eighty-eight of our closest friends gathered beneath a canopy of stars for our annual Night of Unrestrained Reserve — a celebration of the season’s end and the debut of our most treasured wine, Unrestrained Reserve.

The evening unfolded over four unhurried courses, each paired with wines chosen to complement both the food and the moment. Soft candlelight, the warmth of familiar faces, the sound of live music drifting through the night air — and later, dancing that lasted well past when anyone intended to leave.

This is why we do what we do.

On February 14th, we welcomed 32 members into our candlelit cellar for an evening devoted to love and connection.

A four-course dinner was paired with Fascination, Romance, Seduction, and Passion — each wine unfolding like a chapter in a shared story. Conversation lingered. Glasses were poured generously. The world beyond the cellar felt far away.

After dinner, our tasting room transformed into its signature disco glow. Music played, couples danced, and laughter carried late into the night.
