n 2018 we made our first trip to Napa. We found O’Brien Estates Winery. Our last name is O’Brien so we thought why not! Best decision we made!! The wines are AMAZING. And to make it even better, the owners, Bart and Barb O’Brien are so much fun. Their entire staff is great. They make the experience truly one of a kind! The vineyard and views are beautiful. We live in Georgia and go to Napa every 2 years. Our first stop is ALWAYS O’Brien Estates!! You will not go wrong visiting them and becoming one of the family! Even Mr Hobbs the cat is so friendly. This winery is a MUST!
A Love Story & Wine
What a truly special private tasting off the beaten path. There was a cute sign out front with our party's name on it. We started our first taste in the front tasting room where they have a machine that makes the wine. We then stepped into the barrel room and saw where they stored the wine and let it age. We walked outside into the beautiful garden and vineyard and sat outside to enjoy the rest of our wine tasting. Towards the end we had a special treat. The owner who also lives on the property came and introduced himself and told us about his love story and the poems on the back of the wine which were written for his wife. It was truly a wonderful experience. As far as the wine goes - all of them were amazing. I typically hate merlot and it ended up being my favorite wine. I highly recommend this winery when in the Napa area.
Gorgeous Wine Experience
What an exceptional wine experience. One of the most beautiful we did while in Nappa. Our beautiful table was set up in the vineyard with the most gorgeous view. Our Wine host was amazing. Very informative about each wine. Gave us time to savor and enjoy each tasting. It was one of the best wine experiences we had while in Napa. I would highly recommend.
